Intervention and Audit
In recognition of the time pressures placed on producing information, staff may manually adjust the figures automatically gathered by the system. Intelligent Warehouse's simple browser interface presents the current figures as an "on-line" return, allowing staff to drill down from summary data to the underlying data records. Key fields can then be amended to influence the summary returns.

Appropriate comments and user IDs are recorded against the adjustments. This allows localised adjustments to be recorded for later review, and allows staff to correct unusual or non-recurring trends caused by initiative funding or other considerations.
